These general terms and conditions (the ”Terms”) apply when you as a consumer (”you”) use trendvaruhuset.se and associated pages (the ”Website”). We reserve the right to change this Website and these terms and conditions at any time.

The e-commerce store is owned and operated by Ecom Solutions Europe AB (”us”/”our”/”we”).

Age limit
If you are under 18, you must have a parent’s permission to order from us.

Product origin
Our products come from both Swedish and international suppliers.

Prices & fees
All prices on the Website are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include all fees such as shipping, VAT, etc.

Placing an order
You order products from the Website by placing the desired products in the shopping cart and confirming and paying your order at the checkout. When you place an order on the Website, you are required to read and accept these Terms and Conditions. A confirmed order accepted by us (in addition to the right of withdrawal) is binding and creates an agreement between you and us under these Terms and Conditions.

Confirmation of order
Once you have paid and confirmed your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email, so please make sure you enter your email address correctly when ordering. In the order confirmation, we also confirm the payment method used. In cases where, due to unexpected circumstances, we cannot accept your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Accuracy of information
We reserve the right to make any errors, product changes (versions), price adjustments and color deviations, as well as possible final sales. In terms of price, you are always guaranteed the price you have paid.

We make every effort to ensure that our photos are as representative as possible and correspond to reality, we cannot guarantee that all photos accurately reflect the real appearance of the products.

Any recommendations are only recommendations based on personal opinions and apply to each individual writer. The Store is not responsible for any representations of any kind made elsewhere than on the Site that link to the Site.

Fraud
Fraud attempts are always reported to the police and the Website reserves the right to cancel the purchase if there is a suspected fraud attempt. All goods remain our property until full payment has been received by the shop or its payment agent.
