Returns

Du har rätt att returnera alla ordrar som köpts via vår hemsida inom 30 dagar från inköpsdatum- förutsatt att varan och dess förpackning är i nytt oanvänt skick. Produkten/produkterna får inte ha använts, de behöver vara i sin originalförpackning och i samma skick som de mottagits i. Om du vill göra en retur, följ instruktionerna nedan för att få pengarna tillbaka.

Notera att returkostnaden kommer att dras av från din återbetalning. Om en vara blivit skadad under transport behöver du som kund kontakta skicka ett mail till ”contact@noppify.com” inom 30 dagar för att informera oss så hjälper vi dig vidare.

How to make a return

Send an email to contact@noppfiy.com telling us that you want to make a return.
Provide us with your order number Name the email ”Return”.
We will get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions on how your return request will be processed.

Complaints

Although we carry out thorough checks on our products, there may still be occasional cases where products do not work. If you discover that your product has a manufacturing or material defect, please contact us at contact@noppify.com.

We treat each order individually. During the warranty period, you have the right to claim products for manufacturing defects as well as for defects discovered after normal use. Please note that defects caused by improper or careless handling are not covered by this complaint policy.

How to make a complaint

Send an email to contact@noppify.com where you briefly describe the damage/defect and how it occurred.
Take pictures and/or record a short video demonstrating the damage/defect.
Send everything including your order number to contact@noppify.com
Remember to attach the pictures in a ZIP or JPEG format. Name the email ”Complaint”
